Prior to forming Jon Lurie Associates, Jon was a partner with several leading consulting firms, having previously held senior human resources positions.
As a specialist in talent management, top team effectiveness, strategy execution and HR performance improvement; he advises clients on a broad range of leadership and organisational issues.
Focusing on the people barriers to change, he employs strong analytical skills and an engaging style to get to the heart of issues and develop practical solutions.
During a long career he has worked extensively with many of the world’s leading organisations, across Europe and the Middle East.
Jon has BA and BSocSc degrees from the University of Cape Town and an MSc from the University of London. He is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
